Workout Highs

So I am sure you have heard of runners high.  Well I have it.  Lately I have been working out like a mad man just trying to increase my endurance.  I have been training for Triathlons (the sprint distance). 

I can’t get over the great feeling I carry with me the rest of the day after a workout.  I find myself trying to figure out where I can create time to hit the gym again.  Yesterday I got two workouts in.  One at about 5:45 in the morning prior to work and then my normal noon workout.  Me and sidekick then went swimming that night while my wife got her workout in. 

You know as they say “It’s all fun and games until your ear drum blows up”.
